Richard Siber, Founder and President of SiberConsulting LLC, has spent the last 26 years exclusively in the wireless industry. He was formerly a Partner in the Communications & High Tech practice at Accenture, where he helped manage their worldwide wireless communications efforts including representing Accenture in all aspects of the mobile and wireless community. He has provided a broad range of marketing, strategic and industry oriented consulting services to mobile operators, equipment vendors and content providers worldwide in the wireless industry. He is also deeply involved in a number of U.S. Government and Homeland Security initiatives utilizing a variety of wireless technologies.

Siber is a frequent industry speaker and has chaired, moderated or spoken at more than 500 wireless conferences and forums worldwide including a number of CEO workshops for the wireless industry in conjunction with CTIA. Siber is currently conference chair of M3 Mobility, the first invitation-only event for C-level mobile decision makers to focus on three key vertical segments within the mobile landscape: health, finance and retail. He has been quoted on hundreds of issues related to wireless communications in over 50 industry related business publications including, among others, the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times of London, Forbes, Fortune, RCR Wireless, Wireless Week, Wireless Review, Business Week and the Industry Standard.


Siber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Boston College. He also holds a certificate of special studies from Harvard Extension School and he currently sits on the Boards of Integrated Mobile, Inc., Digit Wireless, JumpTap, SingleTouch Interactive and InCode Wireless. Siber also is Chairman of the Technology Council for SavaJe and is a member of the advisory board for Sonim Technologies.
